Design Problem
All of us associate ourselves with certain media: music, brands, movies. However, evaluating media from the context of aesthetic, ergonomic, and historical factors is a learned skill; creating a disconnect between a non-designer and the tangible reality around them. A solution is needed that allows users to explore media, whether glamorous or completely ordinary, from a more curious, and critical lens.
Product Summary
Matereality allows you to scan objects in your immediate surrounding, identifying what the object is, providing a 3D scan, ergonomic factors, a historical context and other related topics to the user.

Step A. Scanning & Identification
Bring your camera to focus on any object in your immediate surrounding. The product will then begin to scan and identify what it is you are holding up.

Step B. Object Info
After the object is identified, you can further research it by exploring ergonomic factors, historical factors and related topics. The object is then added to your personal collection.
